Healthy Living Partnerships

The YMCA has been improving the health and wellness of people for more than 160 years,  Our user friendly facility schedules give us an even better opportunity to help local employers enhance the health of their employees through a unique Healthy Living Partnership.

Research has shown that companies who support/invest in employees' participation in regular wellness programs can document: lower absenteeism, fewer sick days, lower turnover, improved morale, increased productivity, lower insurance premiums.

 

Partnership Types

Big Business: 25+ employees participating, YMCA absorbs 10% of the monthly membership rate wiht the option of an employer/employee split.

Small Business: 5-24 employees participating, YMCA absorbs 5% of the monthly membership rate with the option of employer/employee split.

Join fee applies to both.  Payroll deduction available, intro packets provided, on-site registration offered, daily access to reports available.

 

Payment Options

Payroll Deduction: Business has the ability to payroll deduct teh portion it would like the employee to pay.  The business may give us its draft information and the YMCA will draft from the business account

Employee Direct Draft: Employee gives us draft information and we draft the account.
