Boot Camp: Designed to give to a military type total body workout in a comfortable setting where you can work at your own pace. Combined strength training and cardio with a little “push” from the instructor will have you fit in no time. This class is intended for outdoors, please bring a towel and water.
Conditioning: Designed to let the individual work and improve at his/her own pace! A fun fast-paced cardio and strength workout, consisting of basic step, track work (walk or run) lunges squats, weights and more all performed to your abilities.
Early Bird: Start your day off right. Class includes stretching, walking on the track and resistance training.
Gutts & Butts: Ready to challenge your midsection? This quick/intense class targets abs and glutes. Guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels.
Gymnastics*: This is a systematic skills achievement program available to both boys and girls. Lead up skills, drills, and core gymnastic skills are taught throughout the session. Strength, flexibility, speed, and overall athletic abilities are developed to improve fitness.

Martial Arts- Taught by a black belt instructor, classes are designed to develop all aspects of the total person: body, mind, and spirit. Our instructor combines a “Never Say Can’t” attitude with patience, understanding, and superior martial arts skills.
Pilates: Challenge your mind & body connection; achieve deep strength, flexibility & endurance; flatten abdominal muscles & restore natural alignment; improve balance and posture.
Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers YogaStretch: YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Spinning: This class will get you moving with an indoor cycle that simulated outdoor cycling by sprinting, hill climbing, and other techniques that will give you an awesome workout.
Step: An aerobic workout that uses an elevated platform. Step up and down with the music, through a variety of choreography designed to keep you burning fat and having fun.
Step Combo: Combination class that includes step aerobics, strength training, floor work and flexibility.
Tumble Tots*: Movement education and tumbling skills designed to develop strength, agility, and coordination. Participants will develop confidence and assurance in a non-competitive atmosphere.
Triple Threat: A fun workout that keeps you moving and sweating! 20 minutes of step, followed by 20 minutes of kickboxing, then 20 minutes of weights give the total body workout you have been looking for -great for any fitness level.
Turbo Kick: Test your endurance, as well as your coordination, in this very intense workout.
Upper Blast: A great 45 minute upper body strength training workout that can be partnered with Spinning or Zumba to get a full body with cardio workout.
XYZ (X-tra Years of Zest): Cardio class designed for those over the age of 55. Free weights, stretching and fun all included.
Yoga (Therapeutic): Learn body alignment, range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, rhythmic breathing and relaxation techniques. Class will have some power yoga moves but can be modifies so all can participate.
Yoga Kids: Be a tree or stretch like a cat, traditional yoga poses made fun, just for kids ages 6 and up. This class will increase their flexibility, balance and core strength.
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Ditch the workout, join the PARTY!
Zumba Gold: Specialized class for seniors with low impact movements but a maximum work out. Easy to learn routines performed to slow, enjoyable music. Not as fast as Zumba but certainly as fun!
