Meet our Trainers!

Hi, I'm Patty! I have been physically active and have exercised consistently all my life. I have always had a passion for fitness, but never considered making a career of it until 2005 (post Katrina). My goal was to become educated in as many areas of health and fitness as I could.  Helping men, women and children lose weight, tone their bodies and regain their health is what I truly enjoy. My certifications include Personal Training Certifications through AFAA, NETA, Exercise Science Alliance, International Alliance Ball Certification, Functional Biomechanics, Upper and Lower Body Instruction, TRX, Kettle Bells, BOSU,  Trim Kids, Resistance to the Core and Boot Camp. American Red Cross instructor in Lay Responder, First Aid/CPR/AED by Southeast Louisiana Chapter. ASHI -Basic First Aid, CPR Pro, Emergency.
