The Zone is a youth functional movement program with an overall emphasis on athleticism, utilizing a variety of speed and agility drills and game based activities to improve sports performance and prevent injuries. The Zone meets Thursdays from 6:15 pm - 7:00 pm in the Youth Wellness area. It's free with a family membership!
