EAST JEFFERSON YMCA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial aid may be available. To ensure your chance to receive financial aid, complete the application in full and submit it to us by April 30th, 2025.
Applications for financial aid will firmly close after April 30th.Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider any applications received after this date. Pick up an application at our branch.
Financial Assistance Applications will not be accepted between May 1st-Aug 1st.

Summer Camp runs May 27th -August 8th
*No camp May 26th or July 4th
We are currently accepting applications for summer camp counselors. Must
be at least 16 years old by March 1st. Email the camp director for more details.
Interviews are scheduled for 2/2, 2/8, and; 2/9.
Online camp registration opens on February 1st for active YMCA members
and March 1st for non-members.

Registration is available for campers entering Kindergarten*- 7th grade in
the fall of 2025! *Must be 5 years old by the start of their first registered session.
The application process requires completion of the 3 linked documents as well as all supporting documentation listed below.
Financial assistance packets will be accepted and reviewed from March 1st through March 31st .
Applications received after March 31st will be considered on a rolling basis and awards are not guaranteed. Applications are reviewed and assistance is awarded depending upon need and available funding. Assistance awards expire 2 weeks after the award date, so please be timely in your response.
Please make sure your packet is complete. Incomplete packets will not be held in the order they are first received.
Upon receipt of the completed packet, it will be placed in order of final receipt.

Copy of most recent year’s tax return (1040)
Proof of income, including 2 current and consecutive pay stubs
Letter stating need and benefit to family
Completed 2025 WST Summer Camp Financial Assistance Registration
